I am enjoying the team that I work within and the people. NatWest meets expectations and is a nice place to work.

I have been on training courses to learn how to be on the fraud and retail disputes departments and had upskills session to learn more about how they operate.

I have a manager that I can contact when needed and if my manager is not available I can contact another manager for anything that I need.

I think it will help me with my job role as I have learnt more about banking and have learnt more skills which will help me to develop and learn more about the bank in general.
