I thoroughly enjoyed the T&IO department rotation scheme. This opportunity has allowed me to attain valuable knowledge and experience. Studying towards the IMC qualification has enhanced my knowledge in my current role.

The apprenticeship program at M&G is well structured. BPP training provider delivers, webinars, regular catch ups and online support, resolving their students queries. Providing their students with the resources required to succeed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

M&G has provided great opportunities to me, offering access to a mentor to discuss my career aspirations. My manager, has had a positive impact on my development providing support throughout my apprenticeship has assisted me to overcome challenges and develop personally and professionally.
