Why?
The NHS is always where me and my family have had our care provided. It has some amazing, person centered and caring service providers.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS?
The NHS will get better. We have provided care in foreseen circumstances and continue under heightening service demands, but we learn, and are continuously improving through innovation. You will feel valued, and you will feel like you have made a difference.
