To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am satisfied to see the results on the daily basis at work as I started to plan the jobs a little bit and change my focus. I have learnt to prioritise better.

The apprenticeship program had all information and trainings that I personally needed to improve my current skills.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

At the minute I don't have my line manager who would be able to support me but I think I am doing ok

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Amazing support. I have full support and answers to all my questions.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I definitely have a better results. I have a different understanding in leadership style and where my focus should actually be. Obviously there are many challenging situations but it helps me to develop my behaviours and skills.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are activities like regional Legend Cup where all sites under our regional compete with each other according to the service, cleanliness, tripadvisor, operational team retention, sleeper breakfast ration scores. My site is the first in the Region at the moment which I am very proud of.
