Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I work in the HR division and I deal with different teams within the HR people services to complete their daily tasks. For example, my last placement was within the HR Admin which involved setting up interviews and dealing with general feedback queries.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy my programme. I think there is a lot of studying which needs to be done but the content is good and it is delivered in a manageable way.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes- I have developed my teamworking and interpersonal skills and have also developed new skills in HR and people management,

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
I think it is very well structured as each module is broken up into weeks and assignments are clearly defined and given to us with enough time to prepare and plan for.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I think I receive moderate support from my employer. My scheme specialist has not been in contact with me for a few weeks but my line manager i have weekly meetings to discuss my progress and i know that they are there to ask for advice when I need it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive good support as there is weekly webinars in which we can ask questions and get advice. There is also monthly meetings with our learning and development coaches to ensure we are meeting our goals and objectives.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel it really helps me perform better in my role as I am able to use the skills and knowledge which i have learnt and apply these directly in my day to day role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are lots of networking events and webinars that we can attend but these are all online. It is hard to find events in person which limits your interaction in person with my fellow employees.
