My main duty is to support to the client service representatives in matters related to patients/doctors. II mainly monitor client satisfaction through follow-up to solve client problems and issues.

My current role is quite diverse and as a result I have been developing my skills on and off the job. Additionally the trust have allowed me to enroll for the Business Admin Apprenticeship which has been very helpful.
