My key responsibilities are:
• Process changes to learner data within the MIS system to include learner support funding claims, diagnostic results and data changes
• Support with administering the Employer Reference Number process to minimize funding loss
• Support with System Account Management across multiple systems
• Support with rectifying data errors from Provider Data Self-Assessment Toolkit and Funding and Monitoring
• Support Funding Advisors with Apprenticeship Service administration
• You may also be expected to carry out other duties that align to the overall purpose of this role
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
It took my a while to get into the swing of it as at first it felt like been back at school which i had left many years ago, so i did struggle at first with assignments set. But ive built up my confidence with help from my TDO and members of my team. I am now starting to do the apprenticeship work

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt many new skills and also refreshed my knowledge on certain aspects while in my role. Using microsoft excel spreadsheets has refreshed and learnt new skills while using excel, i only had a basic knowledge of using excel but i have learnt about adding filters on to find things easier

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
I feel that the programme i have done so far is well structured and my TDO goes into great detail of what i'm currently learning. I feel i have great support when ever i need help wether it comes from my TDO or from my team, they are usually quick to respond to any questions i have

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel it goes well together things that i have learnt on my qualification have gave me a better understanding of the business for example the organisational structure of the company and about the different stakeholders of the business. Having this knowledge does give me more confidence in the work i do
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
On our blink messaging service there is a social page that people post on if any events are happening. I do see on a regular basis virtual coffee mornings been advertised and have different subjects, which range from health and well being and safe guarding. i havent joined in one yet in my time working here but its good to know that these events happen

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Realise to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I have spoken to friends and family about my apprenticeship and how good the apprenticeship is. I do have friends that work in childcare settings and told them about realise and for maybe to tell their employers about realise to maybe get these employers intrested in apprenticeshps for any of their new staff
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Realise?
If applying for a role at realise i would advise to do some research on the company, prior to interviews if they get a role description and depending on the role do some research into what the ESFA is so that they have a brief understanding of what it is
