I am responsible for Safeguarding and Health & Safety, part of my role is create, deliver and support our team and apprentices with knowledge within these key areas.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have found the programme, interesting and the depth of the required knowledge, how this can be mapped into skills you didn't realise you had been doing.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

How to ensure you can be inclusive in delivery when you teach online, the virtual classroom, which has had a big impact on how delivery can be done.

It is well planned out, and there are now some fantastic resources which help with assignments.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support is good, when you are working and upskilling, it can have its challenges, however it can also have plenty of advantages, as they are able to endorse what you are doing against the criteria.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Plenty, there is support all the time and this helps with staying on track

It has help with the understanding of what the role should be of a tutor, this has been reflected in the results of the knowledge gain by persons attending the sessions.

We have plenty of activities, virtual quiz's, guest speakers, away days which are always fun.
