Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am an apprentice, so i do admins tasks like sending letters out and sending emails, taking part in emails , running projects and liaising with staff, students and parents.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I feel like this was what I needed to get me headed in the right direction. I really like it here.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learned how to be more organised, self reliant and how to have more care and attention to detail admin wise.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is organised however they do sometimes take long to respond to emails and action things. Also, in my experience so far, you are kind of left to your own devices when you are at work. There isn't much structure or awareness of what an apprentices academic requirement of the job is, from employer.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from the LMP and Insipire guys! They are always happy to help me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel like I could be doing more admin wise, for example; doing invoices, orders booking travel etc.

Would you recommend LMP Education to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Overall they have been hands on and I have been very supported even when i have some personal stuff going on. They have shown they care and i feel that really matters, especially since coming out of lockdown.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Education?
- more liaising with the employers were the apprentices are working and making sure they are providing opportunities for the apprentice to get signed off on task.
