i am a underwriting and deal with enquires with retailers, i am on the phone everyday and take calls from 9-5 everyday.

i enjoy the work because i work with a good team but find the college work tedious and confusing.

i have learnt how to be more confident over the phone and how to deal with enquires in a professional manor. i have been able to learn how to work in a team and how to be able to take feedback.

i find some parts of the college course structured but others not so, i find the lessons are confusing due to so many people being on them and also find them hard ti understand.

i receive a lot of support from my employer and know i can speak to anyone in order to ask for help with college work.

i received feedback from my work, but this feedback can be confusing, but my provider is accessible via email at any time.
