Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme has a good structure, how we are learning the information it is more structured. the induction didn't seem to have much structure or purpose, however the actual learning has been done well. My line managers have been a massive help .

i feel my qualification provides me with some skills i need for my role, e.g. customer service understanding and general bank knowledge .however, some information is untailored to my role as expected as the content cannot suit one role, however it is still useful knowledge.

yes, there are many activities both in my team and bank-wide e.g. champion network events, fundraisers etc we are spoilt for choice.
