Foundation doctor working as part of urology team. Daily ward round interacting/examining patients, assisting in theatre, teaching medical students.
Foundation leaderhsip and management apprentiship running alongside daily role. Leading quality iprovement project team, online learning, regular supervisior meetings.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
