5/5

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I feel this course is enjoyable as there are new topics I've not been able to learn about previously and I'm able to delve further into topics I have existing knowledge on. The course allows me the flexibility to be assessed in way that suits me and where I'm able to showcase my skills to their fullest extent.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I've developed my knowledge, skills and behaviours in the following topics: project management, leading teams and individuals, operational management, budgeting and forecasting costs in a professional environment, developed my communication skills both individually and as a leader, developed skills in order to successfully manage conflict in the workplace and building meaningful relationships.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme had a solid induction both in terms of support from the skills coach and in terms of the number of sessions that were offered from the trainers. There are monthly workshops covering the core components of the course and plenty of follow up sessions for questions etc. Monthly reviews with my skills coach are also beneficial and I'm able to reach out at any point for help and support. The website has a wealth of resources too which make independent learning easier.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My employer allows me plenty of help and support. Aside from my skills coach assigned to me through the programme, I'm able to freely contact my manager and HR team for support should I need this. There is an environment where you are not looked down on for asking for support, rather this is encouraged to maximise the outcome of the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I am looking to transition into a leadership role eventually so this course is preparing me with the basic skills needed that I'm able to build on in my role. A large portion of my role is building relationships, managing these, dealing with conflict queries that arise, problem solving and managing workloads - all of which are key components covered in the course.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are plenty of activities offered by the company to employees should they be of interest. There are networking opportunities, volunteer opportunities for charity work and plenty of employee resource groups where you are able to meet colleagues with similar interests. Development groups and resource groups also host their own events.
