Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I log on and make sure that all of our Powe BI reports are still running and that our stakeholders and account managers still have accsess to all the information. i will then start my review on documents for new customer creations and work alongside different departmenets to get this all approved.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I was given a extra role ontop of my placement role and I was given the responsabilty of running our power BI reports and ensuring accurecy

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have learnt Oracle, I did not do this in university so I started from scratch and it has been very rewarding. I have also very highly improved my Power BI skills as i know feel very comfortable doing what is asked and also implementing DAX coding into my reports.

Cummins is extremely cultural and I was part of the Local Diveristy Council, which was an amazing experience and helped me gain a wider understanding on cultures and history.

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement, I have learnt an enourmous amount of knowledge and I have personally grown a lot more.
