My line manager is extremely supportive and is happy to provide input/feedback on assignments and provides excellent support from a wellbeing point of view. However, improvements can be made more generally to build better communities to support and learn from fellow apprentices.

There are frequent social events amongst Early Careers Professionals and arranged by the local office. There are many opportunities to get involved in extra-curricular initiatives in areas that interest you but you are left to your own devices to find professional networking events.
