Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Taking ownership of the Leads process, warming up new leads for the sales team, generating new leads.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Overall, I enjoy being an apprenticeship and learning on the job. There is some difficulty with the University of the West London and delivering the programme, not realising we are apprentices.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Developing of MS Excel through IT modules, conducting training and presentation. Level 3 Sales Apprenticeship. Sales training, Growth Mindset training, Internal Product and system training. External Sales training.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised, with good support. Have dedicated people to support apprentices.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support from employers, manager is very supporting of off the job, support is easily accessible and mentor is always available.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Tutor does not often get in contact/does not seem to want to solve problems.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
