How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
In regards to structure with my beginning to my role, my induction at the time was a lot to take in. This was due to it being a completely new process for me and I didn't understand much during my induction, however the process at nestle dalston has now been revised and it is a different format. I think in terms of structure however, my start to this business could have been better

3/5
From my manager, I recieve good support when I am stuck/ require help with certain topics. I find it at times difficult to get in contact with my manager due to not having mobile contact with them, similar to when I require support from others within the business. I have had good support and attitudes from others when within nestle dalston as I am willing to help support them given the fact I am still in a fashion new to the business
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
From my university support, I receive good support from my line manager and other individuals around me to help develop my skills for my own qualifications. I regularly get good, constructive feedback on the work that I do
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

With what I am currently learning on my apprenticeship, I constantly use my skills from what I learn within my day-to-day role. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

So far at Nestle Dalston, I have not been exposed too much to this side due to COVID. The online system of Workplace, which is an internal networking site for Nestle Dalston, allows people all over the globe to connect virtually and display information of what is to come within coming weeks. Often these can be webinars, online lessons or learning about other things going on at different factories
