I work in the operations department where day to day i run reports which consist of many tasks such as an aged debt report, a Not yet Invoiced datavbase report (NYI), FCA Client client classfiication and where is nessacry i also do alot of chasing for people who are behinf on work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
I enjoy cetain aspects of my role because working in this department and doing a business admin course means that there is many tasks that are tedious and takes alot time to complete which isnt the most fun but creating reports and coming back with valubale information is what i enjoy

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt many skills in my role to start off with is being proffewsional and a change in attuide when i work in the office i have becaem more proffesional in the way i talk and present myself, i have devopled It skills espically excel where i can work many features and being independent.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The structure of my programme maninly comes form my learinign provider [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] which send me modules to complete on my skills, Knoweldege on the business and more functional skills and help me devolp on these. It hasnt been completely clear becasue the course is strcutured around my skills and what to learn on.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I recvive lots of support from my employer as i have many resources to help me with a task i am stuggling with such as the people in my office, my line manager and documents which have notes on the dcoument, However if i am stuck on a task i like to try and solve it myself before i ask for help
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
I dont really get provided alot of information i mainly just get sent a module every month to complete and just talk about what topics i can put into the module and get sent a youtube video on the module. The modules are normally simple and dont need elaborated on but the tasks arent really structured to a global company.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I dont really see a differnce to be honest in my role i already have a business B-tech Business A-level so the modules arent tricky and just very simple on what information is needed. However the modeuls are good in the way how the questions aasked i need to say how i do it in my role and thats the only yhing that helps.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
yes there are many network meetings every month and sometimes every two weeks on just meeting the other apprentices and what work they been up to and just overall having a chat on how we been and it is helpful because it help create relationships with people acorss all the offices.
