Why?
The company is amazing to work for if you have a great manager behind you been with the company 11 years and I seen manymangers some not so good and I nearly left the company until my now manager : she believed in me and appreciate me for going above and beyond always and doesn’t make you feel like just a number, hard work should get Recognised, just a Thankyou goes a long way 🙂
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread plc?
Be Passionate and proud to work for Premier Inn whatever you put into it you get out of it 🙋🏼♀️
