My manager and the rest of team allowed me to take responsibility for above tasks and they allowed to work independently for any first line support tasks.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
My level of troubleshooting and problem solving skills has improved immensely which has also improved my confidence overall during my time in Gymshark. With loads of friendly and approachable staff, this improved my ability to communicate with people with confidence. Further new skills/qualities developed:

Support and Guidance
How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
My manager and my team always looked out for me and checked to see how I'm getting on, providing me the support for any day to day tasks. Furthermore, we all have our daily morning meetings, so I was never left out and I was always part of the team.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Fantastic! Everyone is approachable and friendly. Gymshark is culture first and I have witnessed that! Honestly the best environment to be in and the general atmosphere is amazing! This enabled me to work to the best of my ability!
