To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoyed all parts especially at the beginning when i was completing my modules as it made me think about how to change my style of management.

Yes, i use some of the tools i learnt from the program, especially the ones on how to manage stakeholders, networking, building relationships and communication.

very structured and it also has clear timelines with help links and contact details to get support when needed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i get lots of support from my manager and peers. I also have time out with my manager to discuss my development through being in the apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

weekly calls and monthly updates including support at the end of the phone. Always there when i needed her. Approachable, caring and considerate.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it has changed the way i work considerably, so i think it has massively helped me perform better in the job i currently do.
