Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Internship involved placement specific work, as well as a video project and weekly essays. My placement work was largely constituted of developing an internal academy for the bank, writing comms to be sent out, as well as aiding in a recruitment process.

I was given a decent amount of responsibility, I felt I made real contributions to the project

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Good culture, people tend to be welcoming and supportive. Employee Resource Groups also give a chance to celebrate and connect with all sorts of people across bank
