I am the Assistant Manager, this means over seeing the running of the branch and managing 5 members off staff making sure that all job roles are completed and customers receive the best experiencing and customer service

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt and gained lots of new skills and knowledge while undertaking this apprenticeship. New skills such as improving time management and completing tasks daily ontop of my day to day role.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was well organised and we held monthly webinars which were scheduled well in advance. All the programmes helped further knowledge of experiences that we have in branch
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was great as was very supportive.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider was great and she was always available if I needed help or any questions answering
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Although I have already been promoted to ABM so I was a little further along, this helped me to better my knowledge in areas I lacked such as Tool Hire and in the Yard
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Not that I am aware off but it would be great if these were known and I could get involved.
