Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Independently performing a range of diagnostic cardiac investigations
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
The in work aspects are perfect. The programme content in university is odd and doesn’t necessarily feel relevant to what skills I need in work

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Always developing new skills and fully enjoying and benefitting from my time in work

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
In work I follow a well organised and structured programme. The university side of things needs some work and with some forward planning and communication probably would be much better for all apprentices
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I am well supported in my work place and always have mentors available for any questions, queries and support
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
MMU provide adequate training for what is needed to pass exams and assignments but again this can feel irrelevant to what skills I should be developing to benefit my roles and employer
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
Up to know I feel little programme content has been particularly beneficial, however I know the modules in the next few years will be massively useful
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are opportunities but I rarely participate
