To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I really enjoyed my apprenticeship, I had 2 trainers throughout. My first trainer was amazing, always replied same day, nothing was too much trouble for her. My second trainer was not so good, very late replies, often took days and multiple messages to get a response.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I am more confident, gained lots of communication skills and problem solving skills as well as working well under pressure

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Well structured, good amount of time between modules
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
The DHM at my site, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions], was so helpful and was the main reason I passed with an overall distinction. I could not have achieved this without her help and support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
My first trainer was amazing, I had lots of support from her ([This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]) however my second trainer was not so good as explained in previous question.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I gained a lot of knowledge on the business which I would not have learnt on the job. Such as customer journey, this really helped me improve my customer service skills, especially when promoting a product/service to sell.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
no
