To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

at present not very much ! there was a change in systems which didnt carry over all previously completed work. I had also had my trainer changed. I feel im really behind now

How well organised/structured is your programme?

at the begining there was no structure at all. I only saw my tutor twice in 5 months if that. Little guidance, advice on how to complete the questions
How much support do you receive from your employer?

again its been very minimal which i hacve addressed internally. I should be allowed 8 hours per week on the job training which i havent been given due to current workload and the integration of a new system.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

now i have a new trainer this has improved massively. He is very knowledgeable, knows where to go for information i need - hes very positive and motivating which makes a change from the previous person
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

its an exceptional place to work, no 2 days are ever the same, they support you with additional learning such as this course which long term will be nbeneficial. As within any workplace there will always be bumps in the road along the way but the experienced people around you guide you through

be prepared to work hard, you get out what you put in, make the effort
