The organisation as whole is a great company to work for. At the minute I am working for prototypes within the vehicle workshop. Which is very interesting.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprentice program is flawed with the management but mangers within the workplace can help out.

There is not a lot of commination within the scheme but it is slowly improving.

Enough to complete the scheme from both the apprenticeship and management structures.

We got enough as we got, as we were in college enough to complete the qualifications.

It gives underlying knowledge. This bringings everyone to the basic minimum level.
