Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Responsible for sales and marketing account management for our trade partners
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoy the learning, but I do not enjoy the pressure that comes with completing a degree level apprenticeship whilst working, and trying to find support within the workplace to complete tasks and projects

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes my knowledge and skillset has grown immensely

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
It is very well structured in terms of we know when the course will run, when we have meetings with our skills coach, albeit this course relies heavily on a lot of self-learning
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
There could be more support, learners would benefit from an in-house tutor who they can rely on to find answers to any problems they face, assistance with supportive learning around academic writing, and a pool of work based tasks that compliment the courses offered.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I think the course offer what you sign up for, and are on hand to help you when struggling.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It has provided me a solid foundation to broaden my knowledge in this area, which helps with strategy, and has provided my role with benefits. Although the course isn't quite matched to what I had hoped to achieve for future-proofing myself
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
I'm sure there are but I do not have the time to get involved
