This way I was slowly able to adapt to the company and how things are done but also gained more knowledge as was able to work as proper employee at the end of my internship. I took initiative about the styles me and my manager worked on and she only helped when I got stuck and needed help.

DEFINATELY! I have enormously developed my communication skills as well as confidence to challenge vendor in order to achieve desired such as complex construction etc. i have also developed my analytic skills and critical thinking, especially when in fit sessions thinking whether this garment can be improved.

I honestly received all the guidance and help I needed. I discovered I was struggling in particular field and approached people to suggest the best person to coach me in this issue and then I took advantage of the valuable coaching sessions which helped me enormously throughout my internship. No one ever rejected when I needed help and my manager even helped beforehand me asking for help in fields that she already knew I wasn't so experienced.

I really enjoyed my internship. I felt like i have grown as a person and employee during these 10 months and I feel more confident with myself than ever before. The fact that they treated you like an employee not an intern made me feel really welcome and accepted.
