To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
The programme allows me to network with like minded professionals in different health care organisations which has helped my personal and professional development as well as widen my network to other individuals with similar challenges to mine. I have maintained and will continue to maintain contact with this group.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Through this course it has inspired my confidence and skills in:
Change Management
Accounting and Finance
Marketing
Strategy and systems
How to be a better leader
Leadership and change has featured high and through numerous exercises, tutoring and assignments I feel far more confident to manage teams and deal with difficult and challenging situations.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The programme was first taught completely on line due to the pandemic and structured very well to still allow networking and a small WhatsApp group to be formed with like minded people. This made it all the more exciting when we first met, the course was well established with teaching followed by assignments and all lessons are recorded.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My job is hectic and in the final year I am finally been given time at work to spend on my dissertation. My work based tutor is a great and has recommended a really good dissertation, he is very supportive and the people I need to interview have never had any issues with me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Every assignment and my dissertation is supported with face to face learning and teaching as well as off line courses in. They also structure some of the teaching outside work and in the evenings to suit our diaries.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
This is an inspiring course which has given me confidence and a network of individuals to share my challenges with.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
We do sometime all go to the pub.
