Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
As a business analyst, my role was to communicate user requirements to developers, as well as market research and analysis for new and upcoming features.
UX design for new features was also a large part of the role.
Analysis of the product’s usage and how to further develop and increase how it’s used.
Communicating with stakeholders on a regular basis.

Yes, the team and my manager gave me the opportunity to take care of new features for the product from end to end

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I learnt how to use PowerBI to maximise and automate the way analytics are delivered ro users.
Design software Figma was also used on a regular basis.

FIL provided great support throughout the placement.
HR, senior management, the team and my manager were extremely helpful and were keen to listen to any ideas that I may have and wanted to help in developing them.

Very comfortable and friendly, welcoming atmosphere, everyone is very encouraging and they take time to help interns and other employees in any way they are able to.
