I am a test Analyst. My role is to ensure that the solution delivered to the client is of value to them and is of high quality. I do this by ensuring that the system behaves as is required for the client's needs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find the program very rewarding, and I feel I am personally contributing to the creation of something of significant value and use to many people.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed new skills in problem solving, and in how to effectively plan and execute tests on a system.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I am clear on what is expected of me, and how to progress through the program. I am also well supported so that I can manage my work and studies.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a very strong level of support from my employer, so much so that I have not needed to make use of all the support available. I feel that if I have any problems, I will be supported.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive support from my training provider in the form of webinars and study materials. I have found in some cases that I need to rely heavily on the materials provided and practice self study, but I have always felt I am given what I need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that some of the skills I have learned from my training provider have helped me to make better observations in my work. And in the same way, the skills I have learned in my work have helped me in my coursework assignments.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many company events, and opportunities to give back to the work community through knowledge sharing. There are also many opportunities to help promote apprenticeships and the benefits of them.

Why?
Capgemini is a very supportive place to work. All staff are well looked after and there is a strong sense of community. Additionally, support is provided to all who need it, and those who perform well are fairly rewarded.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
I would recommend learning about the history and ethos of the company, and its core values, as working while keeping to these values is important to the work environment and helps make Capgemini a great place to work.
