Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Dispensing, managing staff. Generally operational but some strategic work. Working with commissioners ensuring we meet KPIs. Pharmacy department management and report writing as well as chairing meetings re medicines management
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Thoroughly enjoy it. Been really good to get to know people and network too

Yes, already learnt more about communication and put different theories to the test it’s been a great experience so far

There’s lots of progression through hard work. But only for hardworking employees. It’s a great place to work. Extremely proud of my staff and what we do
