A branch manager of a retail store. I am responsible for the day to day running of the retail store and 7 staff members. My duties range from staff training, sales, health & safety, people management, financial control, merchandising & marketing. This is a single site role within a company that has 530+ sites.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
