My day starts with making sure areas are clean and tidy and ready to work in. All checks are made to ensure safety! Smile on my face ready to greet customers or to help with any enquiries or problems guest may have. Then see what the day has to offer!
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love doing this training programme! Im learning new skills daily and my trainer is always there for any problems i may have! Even supported me when i thought of giving up! I look forward to our meetings to show what i've learnt so far and to also learn whats coming next!

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt so many new things as i was originally a housekeeper wanting to train on reception! Ive started from the bottom and kearnt everything so far to ensure i can carryboit my role safy and efficiently, following all rules to make sure everythimg is dome in the correct way.

At first there wasnt much support but now we have a new manager i get all the support i need!

I get so much support from my training provider! I cant fault them at all! If i struggle i let them know and things are explained in a way which i understand! My trainer is literally amazing... assured me when i doubted myself or felt like giving up! She's the best!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel my qualification through my training provider helps me in my role as it broadens my skills and knowledge! It gives me meore confidence as ive looked into my work role in more depth in regards to my training programme! I feel like i understand things that little bit more as ive done that bit more research when doing tasks.
