My role involves all the tasks related in dealing with guests since they taking their bookings until they depart or even after their departure if they have any request from their last stay. Main goal is to provide the best experience when their staying with us.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is refreshing, and at the same time supporting to review what I am doing in my daily basis and trying to improve all the tasks

I developed and still my fluency in English, Scottish slang and procedures.

Their making my rotas more bearable in order to attend my meetings and answering any doubts I could have. Good support!

He is great, supportive and friendly if we need to reschedule any appointment because the high demand of work and always at the other side of the line if need him

Fron time to time, we have cocktails training in place, cultural events like : "Halloween performances "...etc "Christmas atmospheres & GOSH or charity collections"..
