So far, the programme has been very enjoyable. It has been clear, straight forward and informative. Those involved in the programme have been incredibly helpful.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learned and developed many skills. These range from professional communications and zoom etiquette, to learning about public cloud providers and gaining certification with Azure. I have also begun learning of programming languages.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme seems to be well laid out and structured. The first couple of months allow a lot of time for modules, so as to get to grips with what is required and the level of learning that will follow.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My employer as provided a lot of support so far. I have been allowed time to work on my apprenticeship and offered help if I need it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I have only completed a couple of modules so far, but the support I have received has been excellent. They are available to reach out to if I have questions and I have regular check-ins to see how I am progressing with the work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Currently, my learning has been limited in how it helps me perform in my role, however, future courses look promising and beneficial.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Due to not working in the office, there has been less chance for extra-curricular activities. I have attended several virtual networking events with other apprentices and domains.
