I enjoy working for nestle as there is a wide range of opportunities and you are on a rotation therefore you are able to experience different parts of finance and see what you enjoy/ don't enjoy.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really really enjoy this program and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a role in finance with no/ little experience.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes lots of new skills including, communication, leadership, analyzing data and reporting. Through reporting my confidence has grown and my attention to detail.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organized as there is a rotation after 1 year so you are able to see different parts of the business. I have found the apprentice provider (kaplan) a little less organized with a bit of unknow of the next steps.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support with time to study and balance my work/ life balance as well.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot, there is lots of people you can ask questions to and you are given time to study rather than having to do it all in your free time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel it directly links to the role which helps me see similarities and understand the role better and also understand exam questions as I have real life experience.
