Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Cleaning, and setting hotel rooms up for the next guest staying. Usually you strip the room out from the previous guest and set it up again clean and tidy for the new guest staying that night.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme, it’s always good to learn about the job your in! And what surrounds it, it gives me more knowledge for when needed

I have learnt more in depth about my job and company, I’ve gained a handful of skills, learning better ways to clean, stock count etc I’ve learnt about customer service and brand standards

Very! We are always aware of meetings and times! My worker is lovely and always makes sure I know what I’m doing

A lot! I know I can speak to her if I need help at any time, she always ensures i know what I’m doing and Im comfortable with it
