daily finance checks , helth and afety checks , risk assesments checks , payroll , managering team members .dealing with guest, dealing with complaints over all rewiveing hotels in area and promotions . checking people in , making orders . dealing with guest request . WOW the guests , recuting new team members , dealing wit disciplinaries or rewuving medical issues
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i like my season with my personal trainer and also online froup training because i have chance to ask questions and help me to develope my self straight away as i dont like to read online by my self as i need some anwears when i learning to be able to understand the contetext

learned to new risk assesments and proces of any innsues apered while cariing out the checks also i have learned to deal with issues with dificult team members and guest while they stay in our hotel like smocking in rooms

i would change some learning programs because if someone like me who need 121 training to be able to understand the content of the learniong subject the learning shuld be in person not just online learning

i get my questtions answeard by my trainer just woulbe nice if i could get bit more time with him as sometime he has other learnwers and would need more seasons with hime his knowlige is upsatanding
