Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
My job is to cook all hot food for hotel guests as well as members of the public from the street I also clean the kitchen and prep stock as well as help put stock away on delivery day also I pot wash making sure that all the kitchen is ready for lunch
