dealing with customers face to face in the yard, loading and unloading vehicles, replenishing yard stock and ensuring this is all completed in a safe manner

I enjoyed my programme, my mentor was excellent and assisted me throughout during the course

Over the last few years i have developed my face to face serving skills, i have learnt how to build positive rapport with customers and my fellow colleagues

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme had to be changed due to Covid but given these circumstances I think everything was organised to the best of their abilities

During the course I received a lot of support from my branch manager and other members of staff at the branch

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification was customer service based, so in a customer serving position like mine, it has helped massively and I would recommend it
