Managing and leading shifts. Controlling floor whilst maximising business profits. Meanwhile maintaining brand standards at all time. Close down/open shifts making sure all paperwork and banking is completed accurately.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

10/10. Enjoy the programme especially my supervisor. She is the best!

Yes. Would be too hard to write down all skills but to name a few. Stock count, finance policies, health and safety policies…. Etc

Organised well. Monthly meetings allow a strong structure whilst maintaining consistent learning.

Can’t iterate enough how much help I receive from my supervisor. Has made the experience so far absolutely fantastic and I am very thankful.

Why?
Absolutely fantastic company who look after their staff like family. Never a boring day and he help received by myself and many other staff is truly gratified. 10/10 company which I hope to work for and assist for a long time
