Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

No one day is the same as a client management apprentice. It can go from dealing with the billing for the previous month to attending a trustee meeting to take minutes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme so far has been a great experience and Aon as a company have been very inclusive.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed great people skills dealing in client role where you are liasing with people of various statures. This has also improved the way i write emails and small reports.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

In terms of Apprenticeship, it is a very well structured apprenticeship. There a monthly meetings with your coach where you assess your progression every month, before tackling exam content and assignments to be completed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Aon are very aware of the pressures of a work/study life. They offer a number of study days as well as any additional services that they may help with to ensure you are reaching your potential.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As stated earlier, the training coach is always willing to help whenever you are stuck and wants to see you pass with flying colours so is always pushing you.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The content i learn is very relatable to my role as there are a number of authorities we deal with on a day to day basis, so you understand what they do and why you are completing a task for them.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At the very start of working with Aon they show all of the networks they have within the company who individually participate in networking events outside of work.
