Very challenging and rewarding - Often stressful but only due to high levels of responsibility allowed to individuals of all levels - Steep learning curve so always a new challenge every day - Get to work on lots of jobs so gain experience on lots of different clients

Very well qualified and engaging tutors on all the exam courses. Very high pass rates are a testament to the quality of tuition and support provided

There's plenty of crossover between the role and the exams, and the two complement each other well

We have individual team socials every quarter, as well as larger department socials and a company Christmas party. I also play football with my colleagues and there's a netball team

Exciting place to work - Lovely people - Challenging role but very rewarding - Fast growing company means lots of opportunity for promotion - Smaller size than big 4 means more variety of work and greater responsibility
