Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I mainly work the till along with selling and advising on fragrance and giving out orders. I also do delivery shifts and do daily jobs like price checking etc.. I advise on any products a customers asking about and I also do the store tiktok .
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have extremely enjoyed my apprenticeship and would definitely recommend to school leavers or anyone looking to get into retail/ the world of work.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve learnt many skills on my job ,Superdrug has been such a big confidence boost and has helped me progress professionally and as a person.

My apprenticeship has always been well organised ,,I’m constantly getting new ways of training and help . The person who is in charge of my apprenticeship is amazing and helped me loads .
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been amazing ,,everyone I work with have been the best I could have possibly chose .
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The person in charge of my apprenticeship is always helping me on every way possible with my training and everyone at work always helps if I ever need it .
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I’m very confident with my training provider ,with all the help I was able to pass all my work way before my apprenticeship ended and now I’m practicing for my end point exam.
