I am a housekeeper, this involves stripping beds, cleaning rooms and bathrooms. Moving linen and also getting guests anything they may need.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my programme it gives me what I need to be able to go higher in my job if I choose to.

Yes I have learnt how to treat every guest as a individual as everyone has different needs.

I think its organised brilliant just the structure of some of the questions on your tests should be worded differently as some don't make sense.

I receive full support from my employer whilst doing the apprenticeship.

She goes above and beyond to help me as much as she can. She's brilliant.

The apprenticeship has taught me so much already so just that information from my trainer has helped me understand things alot more witch then helps me perform better at work as I know what's expected and what's not.
