Front of house member which means I serve customers food and drink to a high standard in order for them to be satisfied by the service they receive.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme because I’m always learning new things, and if I’m struggling my trainer is really supportive and makes sure everything is all ok.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learnt loads of new skills and techniques in order to not only make my service better, but my manner and tone in which I work with. And lots of stuff about office work that customers don’t see.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised in terms of meetings being on time and with what work needs completing, when sending emails. I just feel like sometimes my trainer can be a little to busy and therefor have to wait 6 weeks rather than 4 weeks between meeting so I don’t compete it as quick as which I could.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has always been very supportive, but they are always there to help if required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As much as required which is reassuring just incase I need any help I know that it’s always there.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It’s helps massively as I learn new things all time that I can then change and I know that I’m now doing things the right way and giving the customers a better level of service in which they require.

Yes there’s always thing to get involved in or even to organise and then lots will always get involved.

Why?
They are so supportive no matter what! I feel like Whitbread is another little family, and I enjoy coming to work every day. They always make sure that we have they best they can give us and it shows that they actually care rather than just thinking of us as less.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread plc?
Just be yourself, it’s the best way. No matter what you will always be made to feel welcome anyways.
