Management of the team and responsibly of guest and staff. Also helping out in other departments. Adhereing to legislation and procedures with in the company.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Taking to the trainer and how helpful everyone is and the course and how you can go at your own pace. Also the resources at your fingertips are great.

A lot of support from both my maths tutor and my apprenticeship teacher. They would. Be there when I needed them.

Would you recommend Whitbread plc to a friend?
Yes
Why?
The Company as a whole are great look after there staff and have a good positive attitude and outlook for the future. Just a shame there are a few people that are not willing to support or help you. As they have favourite are can't be bothered to deal with issues that may occur.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread plc?
Make sure that it is the right thing for you and make sure you are on the same page as the management team or it will be hard to work there.
