My role is to oversea the day to day runing of the hotel looking after our guests and team. Make sure the team are fully trained and confident to deal with any situation.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the programme after being out of education for 20 years this as been a great way back in The work fits in well with my everyday job too.

My course is very well organised i receive alot of support from my trainer. Due to Covid we didnt have many 1-2-1 meetings but we used teams instead.

My tutor as given me bags and bags of support and encouragement, shes kept me going when its gotten tough.
